Our Leadership
Heidi B. Rosen, founder and Principal of Clinical Dynamix, the parent company of CDX Health Services. She leads a seasoned team of executive recruiters who exceed client expectations by identifying the right individual for each opportunity. Heidi began in the clinical research placement industry in 1997 prior to launching Clinical Dynamix two years later, and has continually provided confidential, high-touch engagement to each client and candidate throughout her distinguished career. In addition to her professional career, Heidi also co-founded a non-profit organization that raises significant funds for Parkinson’s research. Further, she is married and the proud mom of three boys and two stepsons.
Andy Sheppard, Vice President, has been with Clinical Dynamix, the parent company of CDX Health Services for over 14 years. Prior to joining the team, Andy worked in the Physician Recruitment Industry for nine years, placing Physicians nationally within private practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems. Andy also holds a JD and offers his experience in reviewing contracts as an additional resource to candidates. He and his wife are the proud parents of triplet boys.
